Year 1 Spring Term

Our topic this term has an historical focus and is entitled ‘Toys.’  As well as looking at information texts, we have been finding out about the past by asking questions, examining artefacts and exploring websites.  Much of the term is spent preparing for our Toy Museum; we have gathered an impressive collection of old toys and are busy writing information cards for each item.  Later this week we will be baking biscuits for the Café and putting the finishing touches to our own clay models.
