What is Folps?

All parents are automatically members of this association which supports the school in many different ways for the benefit of our children. In the recent past, the association has helped to provide computers, books, playground facilities and sports equipment. On occasions, we organise work parties to maintain the fabric of the school by painting, curtain making and gardening. These events help families to get to know each other and also provide invaluable funds to purchase equipment and books to enhance our children’s education.

FOLPS is registered charity, thereby reaping greater financial benefits for the school.

FOLPS try to strike a balance between events which raise vital funds for the school, and events which are mainly social. We believe it is vital for parents and children new to Leckhampton to feel part of the school community straight away, and we endeavour to organise events which give everyone the opportunity to have lots of fun together.
