Year 5 Victorian Museum
7th February 2014On Tuesday 4th February, children in year 5 had a visit from Sandra at the Cheltenham Art Gallery and Museum. She came to talk to us about life in the Victorian times. We learnt about the lives of rich and poor people and even got to handle some Victorian artefacts. We tried on some Victorian clothes and saw a doll that was made from wax many years ago. It was scary! There was also a mystery table with other artefacts and we had to try and guess what they were used for. It was very interesting!
Thank you!
