Beebots

As part of our “Toys” topic, we have been thinking about how toys have changed over time; from wooden to plastic, electronic and digital. In computing, we are learning to control a robotic toy. So far we have discovered how to turn our Beebots left and right and how to move them forwards and backwards. Arabella and Hamish even worked out how to move them in a square shape!
Next, we will be designing specific routes and commands for them – our first algorithms!
