Maths Fun in Year 128th April 2016
What fun we’ve been having with our Mathematics!
Can you spot what we’ve been doing? Whilst Class Larch have been learning about symmetry and practising looking for lines and making patterns, Class Beech have been investigating capacity and volume. Here are a few of our findings;
“One big pot filled up three others!” (Maisie and Freya)
“Six pink bottles filled one larger bottle.” (Sam B)
“One hundred and eight pegs filled up an egg cup.” (Henry B)
“Two pots can hold the same amount.” (Jake)
Next week, we are looking forward to swapping over activities so we can all have a go at learning about these areas.
