Year 3 Magnets

Year 3 have had great fun exploring magnets this term and learning about how they attract and repel. We learnt about North and South poles and explored which materials were attracted to magnets. We conducted a range of experiments, including some with coins, and we all became magnet experts. 3 Chestnut completed their Science unit by setting up some activities which could teach other people about magnets and then we tried out each other’s’ activities.
