Choir Concert 2010

On Saturday the 24th of April 2010 Leckhampton Primary School Junior choir performed at the Cheltenham Town Hall with Charlton Kings Junior School choir, Cheltenham Choral Society and Beauregard Youth Choir.

This was a magical event, the youth choir were amazing and there were also some former pupils in the choir. The main reason that the event was taking place was the fantastic composition ‘Shades of Jazz’ by Ian Higginson was being sung for the first time ever!

All in all it was an amazing event which sent a shiver down Miss Hartley’s spine and almost made her cry.

We got loads of applause and we all loved the experience of singing with so many other choirs and we’ll never forget the concert.
