Helping Hands

Some of the Year 6's have completed training to become Peer Mediators, or Helping Hands as we are calling them.

Using the skills, rules and promises that they have been taught they will help children who have had a misunderstanding, disagreement or conflict to find a solution to their problem. Helping Hands will listen to both sides, help the children to understand how the other person felt and encourage them to find their own solution.
