Outstanding SIAS Inspection

The SIAS Inspection Report which we received in school yesterday is now available online.

As you can see, we were awarded an outstanding grade in each of the three areas of inspection.

• The school, through its distinctive Christian character, is outstanding at meeting the needs of all learners.
• The impact of collective worship on the school community is outstanding.
• The leadership and management of the school as a church school is outstanding.

Overall, the distinctiveness and effectiveness of Leckhampton as a Church of England school are outstanding.

The report very much reflects the caring, nurturing ethos of the school and the family atmosphere which means so much to the whole school community.

We would like to thank the governors, parents, staff and children who were involved in the inspection process on the day and for the warm words of encouragement and support received.

The staff and governors will now draw up an action plan around the focus for development.
