Bishops Cleeve (h) W 4-0

St. Edwards (a) W 5-3

St. Marks (h) W 6-3

Mr. Mackenzie’s B team have also been doing well and we have played five so far, winning three and losing two.

The netball team played their first match of the season recently against Charlton Kings. One team won 6-3 and the other team won 6-0. Miss Sullivan was very pleased with their performances.

In Tag Rugby Mr. Seeley took two teams (A and B) to Rowanfield Junior School recently to play a friendly. The A team drew their game in a high scoring match and the B team came away with a hard earned victory.

In Cross Country, so far we have had two meetings; one at the Old Pats and one at St. Edwards. All the children competing (12 boys and 12 girls at each meeting) have done very well but there should be a special mention for Olivia Rook (Year 5) who won the last race at St. Edwards. There are over one hundred competitors in both the girl and boy’s races so that is a tremendous achievement. Excellent running, Olivia!
