Swimming Gala

On Thursday 21st May 2015, our swimming squad took to the pool at Leisure@Cheltenham to compete in the 2015 Swimming Gala. The children were extremely excited to compete, and despite some nerves, performed exceptionally well and did themselves very proud.

Both of our U10 and U11 relay teams qualified for the finals, but sadly didn’t place in the top three to win medals. However, their effort and attitudes were commendable.

On a final note, a massive well done to Edward Bell who placed 6th overall in the individual 2x33m sprints!

Mrs Connolley and I are both very proud of you all and would like to say a massive well done to our entire Gala squad.
