The School Choirs at the Rotary Club Christmas Concert

It was a rainy night outside but hearts were warm and proud at this concert. This was the tenth year that we had been invited to sing for the Rotary Club and as ever, the children were well presented and in fine voice.

The Junior Choir sang “Silent Night” in two part harmony and melted many hearts.  Then they sang “Is The Little King Sleeping” – requested by a member of the Rotary Club. We hope it brought back some memories.

After the interval, it was Year 6’s turn; “So Many Centuries” and “Would you have room?”.  The children were truly amazing.  We were so proud of their commitment and enthusiasm.  Their sound was very mature and it was difficult to believe they were only in Year 6!
